March the 1st is National Self-harm Awareness Day, a global event that sees organisations from around the world pull together to raise awareness of a very difficult issue.

Our friends at Selfharm.co.uk have the annual privilege of teaming up with ChildLine, Youthnet and YoungMinds in preparation for the awareness day. This year's campaign carries the simple but very important message:

"You are not alone"
