Schools Worker Vacancy

I have been working at the trust for 5 years now, I love my job every day is completely different and yet similar. I have worked with a fantastic schools worker called Darren for the whole time who has sadly (for us) moved on to "greener pastures". in the five years we have worked together we have seen God move so powerfully in the schools, we have seen young people grow in their faith some from -1000000 to a full faith in Christ.

So it's sad in a way that, that chapter has ended, especially for me...but so exciting at the same time to see what God has in store for the trust and for the town of Hastings and St Leonards in East Sussex.

We need a new permanent replacement to fill in the gap that Darren has left...I wonder if it could be you?

Have you plenty of initiative, drive and energy?

Do you relate well to school-age children and young people?

Can you hold their attention in small and large groups?

Do you have a passion for sharing the good news of Jesus with them?

Are you good at organising your own time?

Can you earn the respect of Head Teachers and Church Leaders?

Then:...

You could join our team as a schools worker 3–4 days a week (working hours to be negotiated).

- We offer a supportive working environment.
- A varied and exciting role within schools
- A rare opportunity to work with some amazingly talented, creative and wonderful children and young people in Hastings and St Leonards.
- 28 days holiday a year (pro rata)
- Salary of £18,000 to £21,000 Pro rata

I love working in schools, I love the opportunity that it brings, and I can't wait to see who God will bring to join our team and to help take the work on further.
