Adulthood Review
Monday 23rd Jun, 2008 in: Community Blog by Tom Wade
On Friday ‘Adulthood’ the sequel to the 2006 release, ‘Kidulthood’ hit the cinema.
‘Kidulthood’ was reviewed as
“ potent as a shot of vodka before breakfast - a harrowing, uncompromisingly bleak but thoughtful look at the anguish of being young and poor in Britain.”
Does the sequel hold up and offer us a similar view of what its like to be a teenager in Britain today - and how will the young people we work with react when they see this film?
